Gm plz do something!! Empty Gm plz do something!!

Admin or GM plz do something i have bug account i cant login with my char who got Pk name (telos).I do new char and the new char i can log in but with the Player who got karma i cannot plz Admin Gm do something i got to player dynasty armors and Weapons:( i cannot login for days)
